Ain’t no doubt about it--the crown belongs solely to Daniel Day Lewis, the one male lead working today who continually brings on the goosebumps, in scenes like this from Gangs of New York, or this from My Beautiful Launderette/Room With a View, or this from his latest stunning performance in There Will be Blood. Yet, as USA Today told us yesterday, Lewis’ “I drink your milkshake” scene from his absolutely killer tour de force in that stunning Paul Thomas Anderson offering is inspiring some wonderfully amusing YouTube work, like this simple parody, this catchy mash-up, or this truly entertaining MUST-SEE piece.
